Hey All,
I've noticed once or twice a little bit of flakey white build up when bottling from a FV but it hasn't really worried me before. On this occasion however there seems to be a lot more of it, and I was wondering first what is it ? And if its something to worry about. This is the first time I've done a full batch pitched onto a existing yeast cake so thought it might be a result of that ? Or possibly some other by product of the fermentation process ? Ignore the two hop socks inside the FV what is the flakey white stuff ?
Thanks.
