OK, Im relatively new to brewing, but Im making progress.
One of mates doesnt like beer because he reckons its to bitter.
He likes sweety drinks like Kahlua and milk etc...

So that got me thinking. During my days working in London I came across a Belgium type restaurant / brewery.
They made these amazing beers see here -- http://www.belgo-restaurants.co.uk/beers

Anyone know how to make one of these sweetie beers?

Typically fruit is added in the secondary fermentation. The beer is still going to be bitter though. If it's a combination of sweetness and fruity flavour you're after though, that's more fruit wine territory.

Check out all the mad beers from Matso's Broome Brewery. Some fruitiness going on over there.
