Guys
I brewed hophed2137's Summer days Kolsch partial recipe recently and I'm super happy how it has turned out. Its had great reviews from everyone that has sampled it. I've since started AG brewing and was wondering if I could get some help converting the recipe to an AG.

1.3kg ldme
1kg pils malt
1kg wheat malt
0.4 kg Munich 1

36g Tettnang 60 mins
12g saaz 15 mins
12g saaz 5 mins

Wlp029 German ale / kolsch.

This is a 23l batch and I really want to make a 30l batch.
Can anyone help converting the recipe to AG and replacing the ldme
And up scaling the recipe to 30 l. I do use beer smith just a little new with it. Just getting my head around it.
Any help most appreciated
Cheers rob

Put your list into brewmate, then changed the extract to pilsner grain (with a 100g to the munich)to the same gravity points. I then scaled it up to 30L.
