Hi Gava,

I'm interested in your three pot 70l brewing set up. Is it still available? Is this able to increase the temperature during the mashing process?
I have a 45 L mash tun and am looking to upgrade to a herms or rims set up where the temperature can be increased during the mash. I have only been brewing 18 months so relatively fresh to the process.

Yes you can increase the temp during mashing. This is full electric and will require a 20amp plug.
