It has been 7 days for 2 batches beer, readings of 1008 today on both.
The ginger beer has been brewing for 6 days and the third batch of beer is 4 days.
The first 2 are very cloudy and leave a lot of sediment when poured into a glass after taking reading in tube ? Is that normal ?
Everything seems fine, have not taken lids off, only tightened them every day to ensure a good seal.
I did have a taste of both when taking readings and seem quite good. Not horrible anyway.
The Lager has a good colour and the Gold is quite pale in colour.
Looking forward to bottling and starting another batch.

Cheers,
Snap

yep give them time and if possible, chill them down to settle out the trub even more once you ferment has finished.
