Unless its a lager or an ale being fermented at low temps (eg using US-05 at 16'C), then it'll usually be done in 5 days and certainly bottleable in a week.
I'd bottle half of it, or all of it if you feel like it, and see how it matures in the bottle. Try one at 2 weeks and it'll give you an indication of if its a good brew or not. If not... just dump them.
Put on another batch and reduce your original pitching temps. I like no higher than 20'C for my ales, with a ferment between 18 and 19'C.
