Raise the bag.
Place fridge rack on the urn.
lower the bag onto rack.
Push down on bag with a piece of wood.
Simple, safe, easy.

I like this idea though had probs with wort running over the edge of the urn when the bag's weight transferred to the rack.
instead I squeeze the raised bag between my mash paddle (long handle paint stirrer) and the lid of the urn, good workout for the pecs,

Great info all.
Could you do a 6Kg grain bill in a birko urn? What sort of limits are we looking at?
