Fermentors - How Many Do You Have?

lets see 4 25L fermemter
5 22L jerry cans (soon to be more from work)
1 10L jerry can
3 5L carboys
and a couple of 2.4L bottles
 
1 X 30L screwie
1 X 25L screwie
2 X 25L pails

2 X 20L cubes

Think I just encountered my first infection so looks like the 25L screwie is going to get binned :( Not keen to risk using again.
 
1 x 25L Bunnings Water Container
1 x 25L BCF Water Container
3 x 5L Carboys
2 x 15L Cubes
1 x 25L Cube
3 x 20L Water Jerry Cans (for No-Chilling in)

And in storage back in Tassie
2 x Bunnings Water Container
(and my bloody 60L Aluminium Stock Pot....Grrrr....but that's another story!)

Really need a 30L soon I think!

I have a couple of 20 ltr containers that had engine glycol coolant in them. Would it be OK to napisan them to use as a secondary, or start of fresh?

Nice one Tony on the 60L chaps!! ;) I am hoping to acquire 4 x 60L fermentors in the next day or so...best I start cleaning the garage :(

Some of you must have a lot of room, or you are well organised?? I feel a buying spree coming on... :rolleyes:

I had the same number in use when I used to ferment in a small space under the stairs.
I'd consistently have 2 fermenting while a couple would be in the secondary cubes.
 
2*60L
1*50L Glass Carboy - for mead etc
3*30L
1*20L
1*5L for test brews.

In total 275L being brewed in them when head space is taken into account.

They're full, am running out of bottles and kegs and still can't match demand.

Ahh the problems of home brew are many. But yet I love it still.

just enough to keep everybody happy, but it takes planning! :p
