Just a question, are the old milk tanks any good to use as mash tun/ferment or/hlt??
Or are they more hassle than it's worth trying to fit out, get sanitized, sealed?

Unless your an experienced welder, sheet metal fabricator/engineer and high end electrician Id probably say no. But its nice to dream. Im sure some could do it but then the extra money involved could just be used on a smaller purpose made unit.
