Easter - Beer Festival?

I have been sent this site, it says International Beer Festival. Anybody got any idea what that is about???
I don't recognise any of the bands mentioned. No Don Burrows. Looks like its back to Manly for the Jazz. Now Rimini is gone there is no stand out beer venue in Manly.

There is going to be a 3-day Cockatoo Island music festival in March, on Cockatoo Island in Sydney Harbour. It will be alternative-type youth bands. There is mention of a boutique beer hall. Will continue to research.
