Seems like lots of people are making jerky and biltong these days so I thought I would post some free dehydrator plans I downloaded 10 years ago or so.
I was going to make one earlier in the year but ended up making a meat smoker instead, anyway heres the plans now lets see some serious jerky!! (making that is  )

P.S. one of the rules is if there's no pics posted we wont believe you cooked it so, get them pics up B)
P.P.S Here's some info on dehydrating times.

P.P.P.S bugger it, Ive got 4 weeks off so am going to make and use one this week!!

You could also butcher a popcorn maker into a dehydrator with an external temp control  On one of the basicbrewing podcast they were talking about modifying them to roast coffee beans so I cant see why you couldnt use them for lower temp application.

Plus I know everyone has one hiding in the back of the cupboard :p
