Different stout diffuser - help me find one

Hi All,
Cant find anything like this on the net. What I have been asked to find is one of these stout diffuser nozzles.
It looks to fit a brumby tap, with a male thread. The diffuser is female thread (obiously) with the plate down out of sight in these photos.

Was it one that fits a tap with male thread, like this?

Yep, you'd want to confirm thread size though.. You know what they say about assumptions being the mother of...

Looks a lot like the one on a DA tap, same Stout Restrictor is used on some
UK made taps.
I think Andale and Lancer something Japanese both stock them - not expensive.

Agree, it looks exactly like the one I replaced..
