Does anyone know where to get curacao orange peel, for brewing Belgian beers? I've got a ripper Trippel recipe that I want to try out and this is the one ingredient that eludes me. :huh:
The missus picked some up for me from an Asian supermarket in Carlingford - Sydney.
It came in pellet form similar to hop pellets.
They worked great in the Wit I brewed recently.
