I've got the follow in my cupboard and I'm thinking of throwing it all in a boil rather than venture to the shops.

What do you think this will come out like, and anything I should change?

Yeast is US05 because I've not got any yeast in but can pitch on top of the ale that's fermenting now. It is not to style I think.

It's quite hoppy for style.

I like things malty and hoppy so I would be pretty happy to drink something like this. Just give it a go.
 
Might be a bit darker than red. Should be a decent drop though.
