Soon to be doing my first extract spec .grain brew and the recipe says crystal 80l. Anybody got any more info on this? It's from a german dvd for America, so I need to know what it's called here. Also its asks for Choc Malt, but theres about 6 kinds, so what sort for an Irish red.
