Call me crazy, call me drunk?
Got this one in the fermenter

1 x coopers lager tin
500g LDME
250g cracked light
250g cracked crystal grain
15g POR hops @30mins
12g amarillo hops @15mins
5g amarillo hops @flameout
Saflager s-23 yeast

Made it to 15 litres, O.G. @ 1112, fermenting at 9c for 2 1/2 weeks just about to do diactyl rest.
will bottle soon then lager bottles for bout 2 months. First time I've tried anything like this before will give feedback. :beerbang: :super:

By my calc, that should give you an OG of around 1050. Maybe you had some undissolved sugar in your hydrometer to get that high-a reading. Anycase - should be an interesting creation. good luck!
