Zork will only work with traditional wine bottles not Champagne or srewtops. If you are going to purchase Champagne bottles I would go for the Tirage caps. (available from G&G look under winemaking).
Edit: Zork about 50cents each I think.
Edit2: Just checked their site again, looks like they are trialling closures for Sparkling now.
ZORK for still wine costs from 20-30 cents depending on the qty purchased, you can buy direct from the manufacturer or through a number of resellers (a list can be found on the website http://www.zork.com.au/sales-localsales.html).
The sparkling closure can be purchased through VI Packaging in South Australia although it hasnt been released commercially you can obtain samples.
