I've got a can of coopers pilsner and am wondering what to do with it. I'm wanting a lightish sessionable lager. Current recipe is:

Coopers Pilsner kit
500g LDME
500g brew enhancer 1
12g Hersbrucker (20 mins)
5g steeped for 20 mins
OR
12g Saaz (20 mins)
5g steeped for 20 mins

I also have s-189 and w34/70, so am wondering which will suit better.

Any suggestions appreciated...

I definitely rate the S-189 over the W34/70, and I'd up your hop quantities to at least 12 + 12, or even 20 + 20 (I'm a bit crazy like that :D ). Can't go wrong with either hop variety, though I'd prolly favour the Saaz.
As for fermentables, I'd just go 500gm LDME + 500gm dex (don't bother with BE1).
Ferment low if you can (10-12deg) though the S-189 is rather forgiving, and will not do too bad a job at higher temps (15-16deg).
