Just wondering whether you guys will critic my little thought-up recipe for Cooper's Pilsner Ingredient Kit.
1. Cooper's Pilsner Kit
2. 1.3kg Briess Pilsner Dry Malt Extract
3. 500g Light Dry Malt Extract
4. 10g Saaz Hops (15 minutes boil)
5. 5g Saaz Hops (after flameout)
6. 500g Dextrose
7. Yeast Nutrients
8. Nottingham Yeast (no way can do I a lager here in Singapore without proper equipment)
What do you guys think of this? Will this turn out good?
