Hi All,

I'm putting down a Canadian Blonde and was wondering if it should be brewed like a lager i.e. mid teens or less than 18c or just follow the directions 22c to 26c?

Matt

definately no higher than 18 degrees. but I'm not sure if it's a lager or an ale yeast so can't comment on whether you can go down to 12 degrees. someone will know...

The supplied yeast is an ale yeast, 18C is optimum, no higher than 20C if humanly possible.

22C-26C is if you like fusel-alcohol infested fruit balls :)
