Converting Ebc To Srm

I am perplexed with the different methods of colour grading grains. Can anyone tell me is it possible to convert 145 EBC to SRM. I have done a search on this subject and read the debate between Darren and Wessmith. I am still looking for the formula. Can anyone help please.
