@OP- As mentioned, one or two 'gateway' beers will help you forge a path for the beer sales in your business, as well as the beer education of some of your less well-informed customers (the ones that get their beer knowledge from Carlton adverts, such as "Carlton Draught...made from BEER!". Yes, CUB, thanks for that)

I'm minding my mates small crafty bar in Macedon for a few weeks. He has 4 taps; one is always Thunder Rd Collingwood Draught (to keep the plebs happy), then rotating Pale and IPA taps, and finally a 'special' (porter, brown ale, big beer).
I've noticed lots of people start with the Collingwood, then try a pale. Some have another pale, some move onto an IPA next, some go back to the Collingwood. It's like watching a child take it's first steps sometimes !

Anyway, good luck educating Horsham with the good word.
Off to the bar soon. I'm looking forward to the Brewcult IPA blowing and hooking up the Hawkers IPA I ordered the other day !
Cheers, Dan

What more could a human want ?

I might have to speed the demise of the Brewcult soon...
