Just in process of setting up my all grain brew rig and was going to go down the counterflow chiller path because they seem to be the middle ground of cooling efficiency, cost and ease of cleaning. I was just wondering about the cold break going into the fermenter causing any issues with clarity or taste. Or does it settle out enough by the end of fermentation to not become a problem.? Thoughts/advice appreciated.

Settles out.

No issues with cold break going into the fermenter anyway. Doesn't cause clarity issues. Don't worry about it.
