Co2 Refills

I have an old CIG CO2 bottle that i would like to use for my keg setup when they arrive and would like to know who can refill them East of Melbourne instead of hiring one.

How big is it? I have previosly just "swapped" them at an agent who doesn't ask for proof of rental.

If you're from Victoria, WHY bother :blink: with it when you can hire "legal" CO2 bottles for only $17/year from HB shops
