Hey all,
I am about to make to big leap into kegging and have been lucky enough to get my hands on a 4kg CO2 cylinder from a friend for next to nothing. :beerbang:
I have tried to make sense of the markings, and from what I can tell the unit was manufactured in 10/2003, therefore due for re-testing in 10/13 (is that right?).
Before I throw 4kg of highly-compressed gas into it, I thought it prudent to get it hydro-tested and re-stamped.
I have done a few searches in the forums, and a couple of people have mentioned going to extinguisher places for testing and refills, but has anyone in Melbourne had to go through this? and if so, can anyone recommend anywhere?
