Hi Mates, I made my first porter a few weeks back (a sierra navada porter clone) and loved it. I've tried Ross' Vanilla Mocha porter and reckon that is the ducks guts. So not being shy to take a leap into the great unknown have had a crack at my own. The only yeast I had to choose from was US-56 WLP-001 and WLP-007 dry english ale so I went with that.
I was trying to figure out how to get a more enhanced chocolate taste and recalled I have a bottle of Creme De Cacao in the back of the cupboard, it may work out perfect.
