Century brew recipe

3 batches from brewing my [emoji817] beer. I love drinking coopers sparkling Just found my love for schofferhofer wheat beer I usually brew a partial mash with a maximum of 1kg of grain and DME Any tried and tasted recipe would be appreciated. I also have a stir plate for re-culturing yeast. Please advise cheers

I was going to do a 100IBU monster for my 100th...but couldn't settle on a recipe.
Ended up with solid pommy bitter.
