Celli - Globus Taps

Hi, does anyone know where I can purchase the Celli Globus Taps locally?

Can the Globus taps fit on the shanks that the Perlicks use which are available from:

Any tips appreciated

If its a Celli, then surely shanks etc will be similar to a normal Celli tap also.

That'd be my guess too, and it's worth noting here that the normal celli taps don't have 'normal' shanks either, at least not the same as perlick/shirron.
