I now have a cylinder of cellamix for my stouts and creamy ales, and a converted fire extinguisher for everything else.
I'm thinking of running 2 kegs at once.
I'd like to carbonate one keg with cellamix, and the other with CO2. I would then use the CO2 to dispense both kegs.
I'm sure it is possible, and the only issue I can see is that over the long run, the Nitrogen levels in the carbonation of the keg carbonated with Cellamix may drop.
Any thoughts?
