200g Choc Malt Pale (TF) EBC 500 - 800
200g Caramalt (BB) EBC 35 - 50
100G Special Roast (Briess) EBC 90 - 110
13g Target (11% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
8g East Kent Golding (4.7% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Boil)
Mash at 68C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes
Yeast Whitbread Ale???
