One of the true pleasures in life is enjoying a few brown ales before the Bledisloe cup.
I encourage anyone who has not made a brown ale, how simple it is and I have kegged this one 10 days ,I dont bother filtering brown ales who cares .
There is no need for secondary if you cold steep the dark grains and add them to the last 30 mins of the mash the beer comes out reeeeeeeeal smooooooooth .
I am over the moon with this batch and am priming myself for the match at five, if we look like loosing I will soon fall asleep .
I have to prepare myself to cook the BBQ before the match
