Brewing

hi guys just wanting to ask a question. i had started a brew about 5-6 week maybe even a week more and couldn't be assed to bottle it. just wondering would the brew go off since it's been so long or will it just mature with age? as i have just bottled it tonight.

As long as it didn't pickup an infection, and the yeast is still alive enough to carbonate your beer, then it should be fine.

Usually about 4 weeks before autolysis starts to kick in. Fingers crossed it'll be OK.
