To any first time brewers out there,don't make the same mistake i did and use these so called brewing sugars,there shit.I got sucked in by the write up on the side of the pack which claims that the sucrose completely ferments out,leaving a nice full bodied beer.What crap,it left me 50 bottles of brew that taste like draught cider,which is not what i was aiming at.Funny part about all this is that i did'nt learn this lesson sooner as i have been brewing on and off for 16 years!Amazing what a fancy write up will do. :unsure:
