Brewing In Space

This might interest some deep thinkers and entrepeneurs out there looking to take their brews to 'another level'. (see attachment)

Sadly I think it is about making beer from stellar material, not taking grain into orbit.


Does Yeast work in Zero Gravity? An important question I think. This whole Brew in Space concept feels like one for the 3D printer perhaps? Globular mash tuns?

I saw Andrew (who is a mod here) present this at the National Homebrew Conference a few years ago in Melbourne.

It was one of the standout presentations. Well worth going to if you can.
