Good on ya Bindi. You guys seem to be working on a pretty big project here and the ideas on how to approach it are really well thought out.

I won't put my hand up for Task 1 in the post above as I know I am a bit short on time at the moment. I can send you a checklist of how I did one of my earliest kits. There's about 70 steps (how embarrassing.) Each step is basically one sentence and a lot are only relevant to my set-up here. However, the detail in it may help someone else not to miss anything. I mean 70 steps covers a fair whack!

Will email that to you in a minute.

I've had to do several CD's of 2 hour talks in my time so if you want a voice for the CD let me know as it can take a long time to get a good voice recording if you're not used to it especially when not talking to a live audience. (Will let you know the trick to this at the Swap, Bindi You'll get a laugh.)

I just read through the notes which were written a long time ago. Pretty embarrassing actually. Have sent them to you though J-K mainly for your amusement. Let me know if you get them as your email address seemed a little strange!

Just thought I would post a basic list for mixing a K&K brew. If you reckon Ive missed something important or have something wrong, fire away.

Of course the most VI challenging part (in terms of time spent any way) is not even included. Thats going to be the bottling. I guess Kegs would be simplest, but pretty inhibiting to potential VI brewers from a cost point of view. To make this accessable, we need to make bottling possible and even simple for a VI person.

Thanks again, all good and what's wrong with a Tutu ? Dress of the day here, pink or white, except I am wearing a Fez on my head. :blink:

Tutus are coming back in! mine is a pale salmon colour. Wonderful!

It looks a little like the first list I did (but no longer have) Very, very cautious and meticulous!

As I see it, it's best that way. It's better to go through extra steps in the beginning as it forces you to think about more issues and potential problems along the way.
