Brewing demo Saturday August 25th, 1:30 pm at Absolute Homebrew, NSW.

Will use an insulated 20 litre plastic bucket with tap, grain bag, 15 litre stock pot, and 3.5 kg of malt to brew an all grain mid strength beer to fill a Cornie keg. Alternatively you could could brew a smaller volume of full strength beer, or supplement with some malt extract for a standard volume of full strength.

This is an easy and flexible technique with fairly good extract efficiency for a minimal outlay.

Or use da sugaz with an Aussie recipe. Not every beginner wants to make Fat Yak and turning out a batch of something better than but still similar to Carlton is a sure way to get them into the craft.

Would be well worth getting along to for anyone near by looking to get from K&K or extract into AG.
Sounds very much what I do to pull full strength 15litre batches, beautiful beer, cheap and easy.

Do yourself a favour....
