Nev @ gryphon does a flat rate 3 kilo or 5 kilo (I think 5) deal for 10 dollars by fastaway around the country. Not too shabby for spec grain. I think CB are about the same.

I assume there aren't two "grypon" homebrewing stores in Australia, but I just want to check.
