Hi all im a new user have been brewing for around 10 yrs in my earlyer days i came across a recipe called "IT" published in what i think was then called Australian Homebrew Magazine. At that time i was not setup to brew a recipe of its magnatude and have miss placed the magazine if anyone has any idea where i caould get a copy or if someone has it i would love to have ago at brewing it Thanks in advance Aron Page.

I have that issue of Ausbeer and would be happy to provide it.

Would you prefer a downloadable MS-Word document or just post it here, or add it to the recipe section.

I won't send it by pm, in case others are interested.

it's a very interesting recipe, IMO.

Hey Les thanks for replying it would be great if you could sent a .doc file so i can print it out also post it incase other are interested if i remember rightly its the recipe with apple and spices etc? thanks heaps for your help. P.S you wouldnt know where to find a copy of the mag by chance

You might contact the publisher of the original magazine to see if they have any back issues. My copies are getting a little ratty now.

Braggoty, aley, cidery. Very interesting. Can't imaging swigging a few litres as a lawn mower however. But it sounds right at home in Wiccan ceremonies with virgins, civet cats and high priestesses. :ph34r:
