Hi all,

I have ran out of bottles for my brew - so I am wondering if anyone has any lying around they would be willing to part with? Happy to pay a reasonable amount...

I am in located in St Kilda East, Melbourne - but happy to travel a bit.

Thanks!

If you can't get onto a supply of beer-dedicated bottles, then 99 cent ALDI 2 litre cola bottles are a good standby (pour the cola - avoid fish kills however  ) then as you acquire a better stock of bottles you can phase out the ALDI bottles.

That was me 2 years ago, now I'm well stocked with PET beer bottles and glass and not an ALDI in the house. Aaahhh nostalgia.

hahaa I've seen that photo like a millions times now :p

Yeah, Bribie has't brewed for years now - he just trots out this photo, and two different beer photos for What's in the Glass....

I'm photoshopping a stout to put in What's in the Glass. Another good bet, if you don't fancy beer 2L at a time is to use sparkling mineral water bottles a la ALDI, 1.25 L about 69c.

Hi Bertram,

We're moving out of our brewery tomorrow. Sob. Sob.

We've got an excess of bottles so if you want to pop over around 11am I can offload a few crates to you. I'll be keeping most of the pints and 500ml; but you welcome to any tallies and 330ml jobbies.

This editor's knackered today...

Cheers

Breezy

PM if you're interested and I'll let you know the address. Same for anyone else who's interested.

Picked up bottles on the weekend, enough to keep me going for a long time!

Huge thanks!
