Looking at doing a 11l blonde ale. 1.042 OG 15ibu. It will be 98% pale ale malt and 2% light crystal. Wanting to add Raspberries at about day 3 or 4 to primary fermenter. Would 1kg be okay or should I add more. It will be fermented at 20 degrees using Kolsch dry yeast. Not sure whether to pressure or normal ferment. Would it be better to secondary ferment.

Fresh raspberries carry wild yeasts. Check online recipes. May be try searching for a clone of New Glarus Raspberry Tart, a top lambic, but in your target abv range.
