G'day all

I'm going to brew up a blonde ale this weekend, modelled on Harviestoun's Bitter and Twisted. The hopping isn't quite right but is just what I have around, and some hops (i.e. the Pearle) that I want to get rid of as it's getting a bit old. Constructive comments greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Ta mate. The 'Bitter & Twisted' is dry hopped with Styrian Goldings but I don't have any on hand so thought I'd sub Fuggles for that. Not sure how it will go.
