I'm 2 brews in on my BIAB setup (40L Urn) and i'm wondering what's next.

I'm thinking that I want to line up 3 brews worth of supplies for when I am in the mood to do a batch. Just looking for decent recipes that aren't ninja brewer territory.

Beers I'd like to knock out:
- ESB (something like Holgate)
- Pilsner (something like Urquell)
- Schwarzbier (something like Ross's)
- Something that will age well for winter
- Maybe something I haven't thought of that you've got a cracker recipe for

I've got a golden ale and a pale ale in the fermenter atm to get me started. Both brew days went pretty well so I'm confident enough in the basic process now.

I currently don't have temp controlled fermenting but I do have a decent space (unused downstairs toilet) that hovers around 20 atm which means fermenters sit at about the 22 to 24 mark. Possibly going to have temp control by the time I ferment the next round.

Cheers,

Ed

Current APA (all from CB, which helps):

5kg Thomas Fawcett perle Malt

With a turdload of dryhopped Citra and Cascade in the keg.

this is what the current plan is:

picking up a brew fridge in the next week or so. hoping to have it setup with a temp controller by the time i ferment this lot of brews.

going to stock up for 5 brews (the less trips to CB the better for my bank balance). Will be no chilling in a cube.

I haven't checked this list against what CB stock or anything yet. Have played around with them in the BIAB Beer Designer spreadsheet.

Really just want to run them by some more experienced BIABers to see if I'm doing anything completely stupid. Not aiming for show stoppers just good drinkable starting points.

Cheers,

Ed

p.s. tasted my first BIAB from the fermenter last night - should be good. Also got my kegs back from a mate so should be able to give some gas tonight or tomorrow.
