Best Place For Oxyper In Melbourne?

Looking to buy a few kilos of this, anyone know of the cheapest place to get it in Melbourne? I bought a single kilo from Cellar Plus a while back, I think it was around $9 for that. Haven't been back to check out their other prices though. Thinking of getting perhaps 5kg of the stuff. I see G&G has single kilos listed for about $8 on their site, but no larger amounts.
