Can any one explain how to post a Beersmith recipe so I can ask for advice on said recipe.

I do not normally brew wheat beers but I have a friend staying with me over Xmas and the new year and he loves a wheatie. I have put together a recipe and would appreciate comments on the recipe from wheatie brewers.
