The kiwis make better white wine, cheese and beer than Australia. I had a look at NZhops and (apart from their anticompetitive distributions channels) they really have a great idea of their industry. The oz hops site is comparatively useless and lame. And they keep developing hops, rather than relying on Galaxy to bring in the interest.

Amazing how quickly it's happened. Just looking at CB 2 new kiwi hop varieties, it's amazing what they're developing. Nelson Sauvin has a permanent place in my freezer.
