you seem to get beer everywhere, in your car, in your reg in fact everywhere except yor mouth :p ,

seriously though good luck with fixing it those things aren't that cheap

I dont like the method you guys use to "force" carb kegs.. to much guesswork. My method might not be better, its almost certainly slower... but it gets things right every time without guesswork (also my regulator will not go up to 300kpa)
It's not really that hard and after a few goes it's very easy.
It's just a matter of the regulator stopping at around 140-160kPa.
There's a bit of leeway there.

I get it pretty much spot on these days but I actually stop closer to 190kPa myself.

Then, rather than waiting a while before I pour, I put a rag over the keg and release the pressure.

The rag gets wet and I'm drinking carbed beer in under 5 minutes :beer:
 
Force carbing is the business. Fast, easy and I reckon there is a huge margin for error - I've never overcarbed. Worst case is I've had to blat another 15 seconds of gas and got it right.
