I'm currently fermenting a wheat beer which I plan on bottle conditioning to achieve 3.5 volumes.
I use a range of 330mL and 500mL beer bottles I have collected over time.
Does anyone have experience conditioning beer at these volumes?
Would it be safe to do so, or should I err on the side of caution and carbonate the bottles at a lower level?
