Hi all, tried serching to no avail. Can someone give a AG recipe for this beer
brewed a grumpys extrabrew of it once and it was NICE :chug: now brewing AG would like to make one from scratch. Also what yeast would work best.

Thaks in advance Frenzel :D

Is this the one ?

White Shield (5.6%) is brewed from pale malt with a touch of crystal for colour and flavour. Its colour rating is 26, making it quiet dark for the style. The hops are Challenger, Fuggles and Northdown, which create 40 units of bitterness. Challenger and Fuggles are copper hops used for bitterness, with Northdown are added at the end of the boil for aroma.

According to the Mr Malty Yeast Strain charts, the yeast strain for this beer is the same as either White Labs WLP013 - London Ale or Wyeast WY1028 London Ale.
