put the brew on thursday using coopers brew enhacer 1 the airlock action hasnt happend no co2...any ideas theres scum up at the top of barrel..its being kept at 24c., would appriecate any suggestions

taken first reading 1030 will check again friday..hopefully bottle

Bottle when your gravity readings are steady over a couple of days, and when they are at their expected final gravity...
