Babbs January Meeting

Brisbane Amateur Beer Brewers (BABBs) monthly meeting will be held Thursday January 28, 2010 at Lynndon Bowls Club, Galsworthy Street, Holland Park, Qld. Arrive 7:30pm for an 8:00pm start.

The BABB's specialty beer style will be nominated by a local brewery. To ensure that we are all well-armed with knowledge of this style before we brew our beers there will be a discussion and Q&A on style guidelines, recipe formulation and brewing techniques.

Also on this month is the tasting of member's beers brewed from the Eagle Heights Brewery all-munich wort. Gas will be supplied for your kegs.

Visitors are always welcome. Bring along a few tallies to share and compare.

Yeah, it's been that long since my last meeting that I tried to pay my entry fee, forgetting I had payed the years worth up front 6 months ago .
I'm excited about this years Mash Paddle comp being Chocolate.
